Roman Baths & Pump Room

The Roman Baths have an especially lovely quality at Christmas. The cold weather may mean your guests need to wrap up warm, but there is nothing quite like enjoying a glass of mulled wine or prosecco beside the steaming waters of the Great Bath. Your guests may gather on the ancient paving, perhaps enjoying some nibbles or canapes, before moving on to the Terrace or the Pump Room.

The Pump Room is a stunning option for a Christmas event. With three magnificent Christmas trees on the balcony, twinkling candles and the chandelier dimmed, it feels festive as soon as you enter the room. Alternatively, if you are looking for more informal or intimate Christmas celebrations, the Terrace and adjoining and Reception Hall, offer flexible space for a party or small dinner.
