Our Guildhall Conference Package day delegate rate includes:

Venue Hire: Host your conference in one of Bath’s most iconic and historic venues
AV Equipment: Projector, screen and flipcharts
Free Wi-Fi: Seamless and high-speed internet connectivity for all your delegates
Function Manager: Dedicated event support to ensure everything runs smoothly
Catering Package:

Immerse yourself in the romance of an intimate torch-lit ceremony, where you will exchange your vows on the Roman paving alongside the thermal waters. Following your morning ceremony and photographs, you have the freedom to celebrate as you wish. Why not experience a special wedding breakfast in the iconic Pump Room above, book a private boat on the River Avon or take a dip in the naturally hot spring water at Thermae Bath Spa? Bath has so much to offer and the choices are endless.

With this package, you will stay just a two minutes stroll away at the stylish, boutique Hotel Indigo. With their choice of luxury yet quirky rooms and the fantastic Elder Restaurant adjoining the hotel, this is a luxurious and unique wedding getaway.

Marquee Package - further information

Tailored to accommodate up to 60 guests*, the package includes:

Full day venue hire: Enjoy exclusive use of the Temple of Minerva, Temple Lawn, and Lower Lawn within the Botanical Gardens from 07:00 to 00:00 on the day of your wedding.
Pre-wedding set-up time & post wedding dismantling time: Take advantage of access to the lawns for set up the day prior to your wedding and between 07:00 - 12:00 the next day to clear away.
A marquee and all necessary event facilities: Our package includes a range of marquee essentials (details provided below). We’ll have the venue ready, leaving you to plan the catering, styling, and entertainment.
Ceremony Furniture: All ceremony furniture in the Temple of Minerva.
Parking: Three dedicated parking spaces for your convenience.
2 x Bath Thermae Spa vouchers: Pamper yourselves after your wedding at the iconic spa.

Facilities included in the Marquee package:

Main marquee (traditional or clearspan) located on the Lower Lawn
Flooring and carpet
Rustic reception tables and chairs (no tablecloths are needed)

Bijou Wedding Package at the Temple of Minerva - further information

The Temple of Minerva will be available for a wedding for two hours, Sunday to Thursday at any time of the day and between 9am-11am on Fridays, Saturdays and Bank Holidays.

Price: £1,000 incl. VAT for up to 12 people (this includes wedding couple)

Package includes:

Hire of the Temple of Minerva for two hours
Furniture for your ceremony
Temple decorations
Two parking spaces allocated for the duration
Complimentary glass of Prosecco or soft drink for each person
Dedicated Event Manager on-site

With this package, couples have the freedom to choose their evening plans and enjoy the world-famous Thermae Bath Spa when the celebrations are over.

Price: £1,500 incl. VAT for up to 35 guests

Package includes:

Hire of the Temple of Minerva for four hours for ceremony and reception
Furniture for the ceremony
Two parking spaces allocated for the day
Complimentary glass of prosecco for each guest
Glassware for the drinks reception
Dedicated wedding co-ordinator on-site

Available from November to February, excludes Bank Holidays
