 We have a number of special offers and packages throughout the year, click wedding special offers for more information.  We also offer a 15% discount on all our room hire prices in January and February each year but this cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or discount.

Information for all Venues

• Part day hire is for up to 5 hours
• Events may continue until 1am however for events continuing beyond midnight a surcharge of £125 (plus VAT where applicable) will be added to these rates.
• If you are holding a ceremony in one of our venues, you will need to book and pay for a registrar independently.  Please call the Register Office on 01225 477234.

Roman Baths and Pump Room (Prices Inclusive of VAT)

Roman Baths and Pump Room information

• The Roman Baths are not available for hire on their own on a Friday or Saturday.
• The Saturday rate also applies to Sundays on Bank Holiday weekends.
• The Roman Baths, Aquae Sulis, Temple Pediment, Terrace and Reception Hall are not available to hire during July and August after 9am.
• Sunset Package constitutes venue hire of the Roman Baths for a ceremony followed by the Terrace and Reception Hall for a reception.

The Assembly Rooms (Prices Inclusive of VAT)

Assembly Rooms Information

• The latest start time for a ceremony only, on a Friday or Saturday, is midday.
• The Great Octagon is available at an hourly charge of £175 per hour, only when this is hired for a pre-dinner reception prior to using the Ball Room or Tea Room.
• The Saturday rate also applies to Sundays on Bank Holiday weekends.
• The Card Room is free when used as a bar at catered events when the Ball Room or Tea Room are hired.
