Aquae Sulis

Temple Pediment and Aquae Sulis

Perfect for an intimate evening event, this area of the museum is a small and unusual dinner venue.

The Aquae Sulis area of the Roman Baths celebrates the lives of people who lived and visited Aquae Sulis, the Roman city of Bath. You can dine to the backdrop of the waters from the spring overflow, amongst the museum artefacts.  This atmospheric venue is perfect for the more intimate dinner party or drinks reception.

The Temple at Bath is one of only two truly classical temples known from Roman Britain.  The great ornamental pediment survives and has been re-erected in the museum.  The Temple Pediment is a fascinating venue for a drinks reception or wedding ceremony for up to 40 guests.
