We can recommend suppliers or work closely with your chosen team to ensure that nothing is left to chance, which includes advising on room layouts, preparing detailed schedules and arranging site visits for your team. A dedicated Function Manager will be on hand on the day itself along with a Banqueting Manager and catering team from Searcys, our contracted caterers at the Pump Room and Assembly Rooms. This will allow your event to run seamlessly and you and your delegates can focus and network easily.
Once you have booked, we are happy to discuss your event at any point and would always recommend a meeting and site visit to confirm the details and make the final plans.

Equipment included in your hire
We can include many items as part of your venue hire, including AV, staging, easels, lecterns and flip charts. Contact us for more details.
Services and suppliers
We have a flexible approach towards suppliers and at all our venues you are free to make your own choices. The only exception is catering at the Assembly Rooms and Pump Room, where you are required to use our caterer Searcys.

Please consider the environment when choosing your suppliers - we encourage all of our customers, where possible, to source suppliers as locally as possible to Bath.
Last Minute Events
Whilst some events may require a longer lead in – we often have late availability and are experienced at managing bookings with short lead times. Don’t hesitate to contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to help.

We work in partnership with Great Western Railway to offer conference delegates discounted train fares to Bath from London and beyond. Find out more about cheaper train fares.
Venue access and preparation time
We don’t have any parking on site due to our city centre locations, but we are close to long stay car parks, the park and ride drop off points and Bath Spa train station. We will liaise with you and your suppliers regarding any access requirements and, can offer set up days before your event at the Assembly Rooms if required (at a reduced charge).
Networking and Social events
If you are holding a daytime conference or meeting, why not extend the day with a drinks reception, dinner or tour, either on site or in one of our other beautiful venues.
