We have a number of special offers and packages throughout the year:  wedding special offers;  business special offers; general special offers. We also offer a 15% discount on our room hire prices in January and February* but this cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or discount.

Information for all Venues

  • Events may continue until 1am however for events continuing beyond midnight a surcharge of £150 will be added to these rates.
  • Part day hire is for up to 5 hours.
  • Available Free of Charge : dedicated Function Manager, Wi-fi on request, PA system suitable for speeches, flipcharts and pens, projector, screen and staging.

Roman Baths and Pump Room information

  • The Roman Baths are not available for hire on their own on a Friday or Saturday.
  • The Saturday rate also applies to Sundays on Bank Holiday weekends
  • The Roman Baths, Aquae Sulis, Temple Pediment, Terrace and Reception Hall are not available to hire after 9am from mid-June and throughout July and August.

Assembly Rooms Information

  • The Great Octagon is available at an hourly charge of £235 per hour, prior to using the Ball Room or Tea Room.
  • The Saturday rate also applies to Sundays on Bank Holiday weekends
  • The Great Octagon is not available for hire on its own on a Friday or Saturday
  • The Card Room is free when used as a bar at catered events when the Ball Room or Tea Room are hired
