In line with government guidance, the Pump Room and Roman Baths, Assembly Rooms, Guildhall and Victoria Art Gallery are now closed.
We are currently unable to host events but the team are still working and can help you with your enquiries, take bookings and show you around our venues on a virtual tour.
We appreciate that circumstances are different for each customer and so, for any of our customers who have event bookings about which they are concerned we are happy to transfer any deposit paid to a comparable future date.
We are also offering refunds in line with the latest government advice. So if we can’t accommodate a booking due to the restrictions that are in place, and an alternative date is not practicable, we will offer you a full refund.
